04th July 2017 47th AGM Sri Lanka Shippers' Council 2017-2018The 47th Annual General Meeting and the Post Business Session of the Sri Lanka Shippers' Council was held on 16th June 2017 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel under the distinguished patronage of Dr. Harsha De Silva, Deputy Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs, as the Chief Guest and the Key Note Speaker. 
After the completion of three outstanding years as Chairman, Mr. Sean Van Dort made way for Mr. Chrisso de Mel to assume duties as the new Chairman and Mr. Suren Abeysekera as the new Vice Chairman of the Council for the year 2017/18.
