29th August 2014 Trade Notice - Guidelines issued by the Director General of Merchant shippingAttached is the Guidelines issued by the Director General of Merchant shipping under Section 7 of the Licensing of Shipping Agents Act No. 10 of 1972 as Amended read with Regulation 9 of the Gazette Extraordinary 1847/53 dated 31.01.2014 on the Regulations 4 and 5 of the Gazette Extraordinary 1842/16 dated 27.12.2013. New Notice on Extraordinary Gazette Notification no 1842/16 Further to the above guidelines, the approved Delivery Order Fees by the Director General of Merchant Shipping for Category "A" and Category “B” licenses Holders as at 31/12/2014 are now available at the DGMS website.
