Online Submission of CUSDECs with blend sheets

Sirs,

  • Reference our even numbered Circular letter dated 06th April 2010 addressed to all registered exporters of tea on the above subject.
  • As elaborated at the awareness/familiarization/training programme conducted by the officials of the ICT Division of the Sri Lanka Customs, on 15th and 16th March 2012 at the Sri Lanka Tea Board, the existing online submission of CUSDECs and blend Sheets to the Tea Exports Section of the Sri Lanka Tea Board (SLTB) and to the Sri Lanka Customs (SLC) developed and converted into Asycuda World System. Under the said DTI facility all registered exporters of tea are required to forward all of their CUSDECs with Blend sheets pertaining to exportation of tea through online under the Asycuda World system to the SLTB and SLC.
  • Decision has been taken and conveyed to us by the Department of Customs, accept and process of all CUSDECs with Blend Sheets for exportation of tea only through online w.e.f 21st May 2012. You are therefore advised to obtain the software relating to the new system from the ICT Division of the Sri Lanka Customs. If you are facing any difficulty when submission of CUSDECs / Blend Sheets to the SLTB/SLC you are kindly requested to contact Director of ICT Division of Sri Lanka Customs
